Course Materials: Jupyter Books

I have been compiling resources for the courses that I teach into Jupyter books that I publish via github pages. These are in various stages of drafting. Some courses (such as Neurophysiology Laboratory) implement Python notebooks more than others (Comparative Animal Behavior). Currently, the notebooks are written in Jupyter Notebook but formatted for Google’s Colaboratory server, which enables non-coding students to interact deeply with data and data processing tools without being overwhelmed by the code or needing to download any software locally to their computer.
